Okrug Gornji, Trogir and Split area

  • Okrug Gornji is situated on Čiovo which is an island connected by bridge with mainland. You can go normally, without any payment, to mainland, Trogir or to any other town with your car through bridge which is open 24 hours a day. From Okrug Gornji you can go to Trogir, beside by car, by bus and by boat. Trogir is 3-4 km far from Okrug Gornji and Split is only 27 km far.
    Okrug Gornji is a place with around 5000 inhabitants. There is a boat that runs every 15-30 minutes from Copacabana beach to Trogir city center and back.
    Two km long promenade and pebble beach Copacabana is great for day and evening entertainment since there, on the beach you have a large number of restaurants and cafe bars, also live music in the evening, fishermen parties with food and drink in the evening, water sports (surfing, banana, jet sky…), children playgrounds, supermarkets, bowling places and much more. Boat excursions can take you to nearby islands Šolta and Drvenik.
    In Okrug Gornji one can also find a diving centre, tennis courts, fitness centre, doctor, ATM, pharmacy, open vegetable market and much more...

Auch die Klimaanlage war bei den hohen Außentemperaturen sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, einfach eine sehr sympatische junge Familie. Unsere Kinder liebten den riesigen Pool, den wir jeden Tag nutzten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Strand ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Man muss sich aber auf relativ enge steile Straßen einstellen, da die Insel hügelig ist. Bei dem Urlaubsverkehr war die Fahrt daher eine Herausforderung. Wir können die Wohnung - insbesondere für Familien- uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen."

Pool area was lovely so relaxing plenty of beds and seating around and a great bbq area. Everything was spotlessly clean due to the tireless work of the owner. Would highly recommend."
